Polyester mesh clothing laid scrim for reinforced blood-absorbing paper tissue
Polyester mesh clothing laid scrim Characteristics
High Strength & Tear Resistance: Offers substantial tensile strength and tear resistance, providing durable reinforcement to lightweight paper and non-woven composites without compromising their flexibility or absorbency.
Lightweight with Structural Integrity: Available in various specifications to balance strength and weight. For example, common mesh sizes like CF10 * 10PH have a weight of approximately 8-9 g/m², and CF5 * 5PH is about 15.2 g/m², offering an excellent strength-to-weight ratio for efficient reinforcement.
Excellent Process Compatibility: Designed for easy integration into manufacturing processes such as lamination. It can be supplied in very long rolls (up to 50,000 meters) and customizable widths (200-2500 mm) to support high-volume, efficient production.
