Polyester Laid Scrims Characteristics

The product datasheet indicates that scrims with similar constructions (e.g., CP4 * 6PH) can have weights around 7.8-10 g/m², exemplifying the strength-to-weight ratio.

The regular supply of non-woven reinforcement and laminated scrim is 2.5x5mm 2.5x10mm, 3x10mm, 4x4mm, 4x6mm, 5x5mm, 6.25x12.5mm etc. The regular supply grams are 3g, 5g, 8g, 10g, etc.With high strength and light weight, it can be fully bonded with almost any material and each roll length can be 10,000 meters.

a) Reinforcement for Aluminum Foil Composites

Widely applied in the aluminum foil industry. The long roll length (up to 10,000 m as noted for efficiency) improves production efficiency and gives the finished laminated product a better appearance. It serves as the reinforcing core in foil laminates used for insulation and other purposes.
