It is a cost-effective, open mesh material manufactured by chemically bonding continuous filament yarns (such as glass or polyester). Designed to be laminated with paper or non-woven substrates, it provides exceptional tensile strength, dimensional stability, and resistance to tearing, transforming standard paper products into robust, industrial-grade wiping and cleaning materials. The product is highly customizable, with available roll widths from 200 to 2500 mm and roll lengths up to 10,000 meters (with platform capacity extending to 50,000 m), to suit large-scale industrial production needs.

Superior Material Properties: The scrim possesses a comprehensive set of beneficial characteristics, including high tenacity, excellent dimensional stability, flexibility, low shrinkage, low elongation, alkali resistance, fire resistance, and corrosion resistance — making it suitable for demanding industrial wiping environments.
High Strength & Light Weight: It delivers substantial reinforcement while being lightweight. Common specifications include CF12.5×12.5PH at approximately 6.2–6.6 g/m², CF10×10PH at ~8–9 g/m², CF6.25×6.25PH at ~12–13.2 g/m², and CF5×5PH at ~15.2 g/m². Mesh options also cover 12.5×6.25mm for tailored openness. This high strength-to-weight ratio allows it to significantly increase the mechanical performance of paper towels and wipes with minimal added mass.
Wide Material & Customization Options: Available in various yarn types (Glass, Polyester, Carbon, etc.), mesh constructions (Square, tri-directional), patterns, and bonding agents (PVOH, PVC, Acrylic, customized).
