This product is a Fiberglass Laid Scrim, a high-performance reinforcement fabric engineered specifically as the load-carrying skeleton for flexible duct composites used in air conditioning and HVAC systems across Middle East markets. It is manufactured by chemically bonding continuous E-glass filament yarns into an open mesh construction (square or tri-directional), with binder options (PVOH, PVC, Acrylic, or customized) to match different aluminum foil / PE film / fiberglass cloth laminating processes. In a flexible duct, the scrim is sandwiched between the inner airtight layer and the outer protective jacket (commonly aluminum foil + PET + glass cloth stack) to become the "anti-collapse grid" that resists longitudinal stretching during installation, negative-pressure collapse during operation, and dimensional drift under the high heat, UV, and dust cycles typical of Gulf HVAC projects.
